I've seen just enough of Dr. Phil to know that I don't like him. I don't like him, his show, or what his show stands for. I think he appeals mostly to people who want someone else to do their thinking for them (unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of that going around nowadays). Just an obnoxious and nauseating mixture of sleaze and sanctimonious browbeating. Hope the boycott works (and then gets extended to all the other crap that saturates the media today).

I never have, with the exception of one or two shows when it very first aired, which weren't that bad. I've caught bit's and pieces of them since and they're no better than Jerry Springer. Just sensationalist crap, in my opinion.
Supposedly, there's a little feud going on between him and Oprah Winfrey. She helped him get started and now he's stooped to the level of using peoples personal problems for ratings.
Not that she didn't do the same thing at one time, but at least she got her sh*t together and realized how it was making herself look.
