Quarantined? No. Examined for PTSD, depression, brain injury and other health problems? Yes, of course. This is what is supposed to be happening. Of course the system rarely works perfectly. They should also receive the finest care possible. Just because someone has PTSD doesn't mean that they are going to flip out at some point and go on a shooting spree. Its a much more complicated mental health problem than that.
