Occasionally men are considered to be not guilty, instead of default guilty....

Occasionally we have situation where the court system actually consider it unethical to declare a man guilty until proven otherwise, but not very often.
This is another guy falsely accused by another female in another attempt to screw him for money.
Seem to now be a default assumption....man guilty, woman innocent...

Women just love that money...

The woman, Viola Trevino, accused of bilking her ex-husband out of thousands of dollars in child support for a toddler who didn't exist was back in court Friday.
She is accused of creating an elaborate plot including fake DNA tests and a rented child to convince a judge that she deserved the payments.
Now prosecutors want her to strand trail for the fraud, but her attorney claims she's not mentally capable because of a low IQ, brain damage and a delusional state of mind.
Her hearing will continue Monday.

But as for the Ex...

He sued the Lab that did the DNA test and...

Jury awards $1.2 million in imaginary child case

A man who paid $20,000 in child support for a baby that did not exist has been awarded more than $1 million in damages by an Albuquerque jury against the DNA testing company that gave him the phony results.
A jury on Friday awarded Steve Barreras $1.2 million after Mobile Blood Services issued a false paternity test to him.
That test led to child support payments to Barreras’ ex, Viola Trevino.
Trevino remains in federal custody for lying about having a baby on her tax forms.
She also faces a criminal trial for fraud and kidnapping after she misrepresented a friend’s daughter as her own in court.
The owner of Mobile Blood Services, David Quintana, told Eyewitness News 4 that his company has always been honest. He said he feels betrayed by a former employee, Pamela Flores, who is accused of working with Trevino to falsify a DNA test.

Voted : This woman is a horrible person
She did that man and all women a terrible disservice. By her actions, she has cast doubt on all the women who obtain child suppport legally, and she has made the idea of a man taking care of his true responsibilities to his child a big joke. Men as a group will benefit from what she did, and women will suffer.

That is a bit of an over response. forgetmenot I do believe that women will get there fair share and more when it comes to the settlements that are handed down. They need to find the ones that found out the hard way that this women was lying and to find out if and or when they just kept there mouth shut and let this poor guy pay over 20 Grand in support. I know if it was me, I would have been screaming at the top of my lungs when that first payment amount was deducted off my pay check.
