Voted : Watch what you eat and exercise
Cutting back on little things makes a big difference. Things like water or tea instead of soft drinks, less sugar in coffee, fruit instead of candy or sweet snack foods, more lean cuts of meat, etc... Hot peppers also work. They raise the metabolism and help you burn calories and fat quicker. Same goes with eating several small meals a day rather than the traditional three meals a day; it raises your metabolism. I don't deliberately exercise, but I work a lot outside and go walking in the mornings. That helps a lot.

Voted : Write down everything you eat. You'll be shocked. It's more than you think.
If you write down everything you eat, you will be more aware of what you're eating. It is often mindless eating when we are not aware, that packs on the pounds. I now write down everything I eat. As a result of tracking and making sure I do not exceed my Weight Watchers points for the day, I have lost 101 pounds. If you do exactly what the Weight Watchers program says, the weight WILL come off. You won't need pills.
