I've been up so high, I needed an oxygen tank to breathe... You know I've been thru so many changes in my life, I've been up real high where I thought I didn't need anybody... and then again I've been down real low where there was no one in my life who needed me... and I found that material things I thought had so much value... didn't really have any value at all... (tip of the hat to Lionel Ritchie)... have you ever been down real low... rock bottom ?

I've been down so low, I had to pull my socks down to see...	2
I had to hit the bottom, before I started my climb to the top	2
I've never been down that low	1
I hit rock bottom before...	1
I've fallen and I can't get up !!!	1

Voted : I had to hit the bottom, before I started my climb to the top
I truly believe that you have to hit rock bottom to start your ascent. When you are at a place where you can't possibly get any lower, the only way to go is up. and once you start your ascent, it's hard to stop.
