As for the picky argument about how politicians can accept contributions from directly from companies, Obama was obviously referring to corporate Political Action Committees (PACs), which is the legal vehicle for corporate campaign contributions, which Hillary does take money from and Obama does not. Corporate PACs exist solely to influence legislation to serve the corporation that created the PAC. In this 30 second ad, Obama was speaking conversationally, not in any formal legal sense (and Hillary knows this).

Does he or does he not take money from oil companies? I never mentioned lobbyists. No, he doesn't. But he IS being a weasel about and in his own words according to you.
