lol... come to think about it again... this is one of those questions that has to be better defined in order to answer. For example, if I know a truth, can I work to change it? If I succeed in changing it, then it was not the truth. Paradoxically very similar to time travel.

Some of it might be 'painful' or 'disturbing', but, that's to be expected.. But to know "Everything" would be very useful, and you could impress a lot of people! Although, you might scare some people and they would (want to) kill you! Maybe I could be a very famous and accurate 'psychic'!
