Military strongman got into power using weapons, don't they deserve the same, in order to rescue its citizens?

couple of hundred strategically placed missile into their palaces, and massive UN forces to finally get the people of Burma to freedom?

The United Nations? They're very ineffective. They have not been able to secure anything, nor stop Genocide taking place right under their noses. The UN would be totally useless.
