Voted : Wonderdful idea whose time has always been here, tragically
It's a wonderful and necessary idea and it elevates women's human value. It recgonizes the value also of women's identity, realizing that it is worthy of being bestowed on another. I think it was Sweden who recently changed their rules to allow royal lineage for the first time to be passed on to females. Both, brilliant moves.

I like it.
I wouldn't do it. It would completely alter the Geneology and family tree. If my Wife doesn't want my last name, she can get another Husband.

When I got married 34 years ago The courts asked which name we wanted to change or if we wanted to pick a different last name... But then that was the '70's...
