I remember right around the last week of 1969. Then again, I don't remember what the hell I did just yesterday.

My family had a major move just when I turned four, so all my memories from the old country had to be when I was three or younger - although I doubt that I remember much from when I was two...

My clearest memories are from around 5 years old. But I had one vague memory I told my Dad. I remembered being in a boat and it was very hot. I saw Dad lay twigs across the end of the boat. Mom put me under the twigs and I remember feeling so good and cool. I told Dad and he said that was on my first year birthday. He had taken Mom and me on a fishing trip and it got very hot. He had built a covering from twigs at the ned of the boat to put me under to keep me out of the sun. I think it's a fluke that I rememnbered it but Dad said I remembered it exactly.

^ We moved when I was three and my uncle backed the van into the garage and got it stuck in the doorway, lol. I remember being scared by the noise as they were all in the back trying to pull the roof down while they scraped it out bit by bit, and me in my jimmy jams and slippers. I told my mam, years ago, that I remembered having a tantrum and kicking a table when the rest of the family were going out and leaving me with my gran. She said it was when I was one, they were goin' the pictures without me because I was too young. I remember quite a few things between the age of one and four. Everything afterwards much clearer. Same as Beelze though, these days I have a job remembering where I left the remote! Drugs and alcohol are bad, mmmmmk!!!

These are the earliest memories that I'm sure of.
