At the Myfreeimplants website, they match women who want breast implants with men who want to pay for them.

By posting racy pictures and flirting with guys via e-mail, members can solicit donations to their *breast implant fund*, which is used to directly pay member surgeons.

One plastic surgeon is a little wary about the whole concept.

It certainly isn't mainstream marketing, it verges on the pornographic area. You have a question about what really happens in the chat rooms, with the sponsors

The business venture was hatched at a bachelor party in Las Vegas.

The founder of the web site is planning to add procedures such as liposuction.
