Forget the schools and infrastructure. Throw in some casinos, pawn shops, and liquor stores too. Make it even more like an American city, I say.

Well, he's an ex free-base addict, and he's trying to turn around, and he needs a place to stay for a couple of months.

this is hands down, a brilliant idea. it's called mickey mouse diplomacy. love it! no one can fire mortars at the magic kingdom. it would be, umm, err, unnatural. clever plan.

next up -- pizza huts on every corner, starbucks will replace the local cafe's and the hookah pipes will be replaced with crazy straws in rootbeer floats. embrace western culture or perish!
