It happened in California on one of the same-sex marriage ballot.
A judge simply overturned it, good or bad.
But it can be scary. If a judge do not like the outcome, just find a reason to overturn the ballot.

I ALWAYS vote out of repect to those who fought and sacificed their lives in the Revolutionary War.

Their efforts made it possible for me to have the opportunity to vote and to have it mean something.
