I accidentally found it while Google-imaging pictures of oceanic bays. I think it is of a place called Lottie Bay in France. The English description was hard to understand. The french description--impossible`.

When I look at it I see what looks like he could a planet in the shot, maybe Mars or Venus. Look at the left side of the horizon. I guess I need to relax more. :(
