Let's think about this. Smoking is completely legal, yet it is PROVEN to kill people and it does absolutely nothing for you but get you addicted. Alcohol is legal and is used to 'take off the edge' or 'get drunk.' Yet marijuana is illegal. Marijuana is used for a temporary 'high' which isn't as imparing and long lasting as alcohol. It makes no sense whatsoever. Marijuana is safer than alcohol (no addicton, less lasting effects) and marijuana is safer than cigarettes (no additives to keep you chemically addictive, no chemicals added). I'm failing to understand why marijuana isn't regulated like tobacco and alcohol.
