His ballots are always entertaining. I vote in all of them.
I just don't get it. Seems like a man stuck in a child's body.

He's certainly got his own style. He's one of a few users where I can read the ballot and be like, "Oh, that's a *insert name* ballot." Fivenotes being another one that comes to mind. 
He NEVER lets anyone add to the choices...
His ballots sometimes seems that they are from a mind of pre-teen.
But as a user on this site... He is always contributing. And he has never caused anyone ill feelings or attacked anyone.
