Remember the show Tour of Duty?

To those who served.

There was a time when American Service Persons were not revered as heros and patriots. I grew up during the Viet Nam war and remember the rhetoric about them being baby killers, and the shame they endurered when they returned home.

But I know the truth about that war, and the injustices' perpetrated on them. They were real patriots. Real American Heros. As much so as those who served in the Gulf.

They are the forgotten heros. And I pledge my gratitute and my appreciation to them for their sacrafices. For their service to our great Country. I give them my thanks for their honorable service. Thank you Viet Nam Vets, for service to your Country and your Countrymen.

Join Me in honoring the Forgotten Heros.

Thank You, You are Heros 11

I still wear my POW/MIA bracelet everyday.

Capt. Frederick J. Sutter
Went missing on 12-31-71. His plane was shot down. They found the plane, but not his body. I just pray that he died from his injuries, rather than be taken as a POW.
