Go along with the rest of the herd. The Beatles are weak. Lennon could write music but it's basic barbershop harmony they started out with. If they never got together someone would have done it. They were in the right place at the right time, nothing more. If they were together now they would be lucky to get signed and play Holiday Inns.

The Cure is a perfect example of British music being all substance. The Cure is indicative of British bands gaining popularity from a gimmick. Same with Oasis- we are two brothers that hate each other, like to hit our fans and curse at them during shows. Great little bit Gallagher brothes, what happened to your careers?

Bruno obviously isn't old enough to actually remember. The reason The Beatles sound commonplace today is because so many other bands have imitated them. They were something completely new and different back when they first came out.
BTW, Yes belongs on that list.

Just seen you're blurb under the title. I'm sorry but you are seriously misguided if you think JUDAS PRIEST, THE DUKES OF NOTHING and ORANGE GOBLIN are anywhere near the class of ZEP and the BEATLES.
