do you hear any thudding or moaning coming from outside your room?
This was the craziest thing, sometimes my bed shook in 2K3 and early 2K4, and then it stopped.
See if your bed shakes in time with your heartbeat. If you are laying just right, your pulse will be so strong, it will cause your body to rock your bed. I hate when this happens. Changing positions might help. It does with me. The head of your bed should be facing North so your body moves with the earth's magnetic flow, not against it. And it should be against an outer wall so that nobody else's sleep energy interferes with yours. I had a friend who got a gift of an expensive musuem-quality antique bed. It REALLY shook and bounced. She later found out this bed had been STOLEN from a gypsy family whose grandmother had been murdered in that bed. She had the bed blessed by a priest and the shaking stopped. But, Mr. nuckinfutz, I believe your bed shaking is from your own pulsebeat.
When it happened it shook much faster than my pulse though.
My sister has witnessed paranormal activity right outside my bedroom a couple years before this happened, and she's definitely not crazy. I wonder if this had anything to do with it.
It shook in a similar way that a tremor or quake would. It definitely wasn't that though, it happened quite often several years ago, and once or twice in the past year.
If I could, I would consider moving and getting a different bed. I would be too scared to stay. A neighborlady gave me a stuffed teddy bear and a matching teddy bear embroidery picture that she made. I nailed the picture to my wall and put the teddy bear on a shelf. Then the lady moved away. I came home one day and the teddy bear picture was nailed upside down on my wall. I threw it away. I forgot about the stuffed teddy bear. One night, the bear flew off from the shelf and slammed into my head. That, too, was thrown away. It was THEN that my boyfiend told me the lady had been a practicing witch but he knew if he told me, I would be too creeped out to visit her anymore. I wouldn't have been, though. Some things scare me and some things don't. But my bed shaking like yours and paranormal activity outside my bedroom door would be intolerable. You're a brave man to stay, mr, nuckinfutz.
I don't feel energies like this very often. They can be a bit spooky, but also kind of cool and fascinating, and sometimes even fun. They seldom really hurt people.
Seriously if I ever DO see that ghost outside of my room I'm gonna ask if it wants to play, just to see the look on its face if it has one.
According to my sister, the ghost outside of my room was a lady saying "Paint! Paint! Paint! Paint! Paint! Paint!" Maybe if I see/hear it I'll ask it "Hey! Wanna paint?"
