Good question! I have no idea.
Whooaaa why did that send 3x like that???
Yeah it does that to me too. You think it doesn't post and try again and again. Then next time u visit there's all three lined up.
Well depends if they have been blind all of their life. I they have then they would still visualise stuff in their dreams it would just looks completely different than what we can see. But at the same time it would be completely normal for them.
Having dreams is nothing to do with your sight, its in your subcontcious. Maybe blind people dreams are based less around images and pictures but more around feelings and sound. I dunno.
Adolf was blinded from the newest ballots once (ie. his rating went right down) but he still dreamt revolucion! However, he happily turned both blind eyes on the holocaust. He's a character.
AHHHHH thats not nice
Ooh, just wondered. Jeez, dont take this ballot so serious, it was ment to be a silly question anyway, in honour of Wandering_Split.
My guess is they don't SEE anything, just hear voices in their dreams, and imagine feeling things. Kinda like real life for them.
Hi Lickme, that's a very profound question and yes of course they dream, but profoundly blind people who have been that way from birth never ever dream of visual images, as GS above correctly pointed out their dreams would be based solely on their remaining cognitive senses. HOWEVER! And be prepared to be astonished- there is a medically documented case of a profoundly blind from birth woman in America who never dreamt of an image- and had no concept of what even light was -who had a near death experience in which she had an out of body experience during which she attained the power of sight and for the first time saw herself and her loved ones around her bed, the strongest and most compelling evidence yet that the near death/out of body experience is indeed a real phenonemon.
Of course blind people have dreams!
were they blind from birth?....if so i'd say no, but im sure Ray Charles did
