Ok and liberals want the government to provide everything for all people. SO you really don't want freedom either right? You are more like a socialist or a communist than a person who wants true freedom. What freedoms have the conservatives taken away from you? Name one that has affected you and the situation. I know that liberals want to take my freedoms. They all think guns are evil and that U.S. citizens are too stupid to use guns responsibly which is wrongs. Liberals want to tax everyone that bust there asses and give that money to losers who sit around with a wine bottle in their hand. Liberals want to take GOD out of my country which was founded upon the Christian faith. Liberals want to act like freedom comes without cost but guess what all the freedoms we have are because we have not sat and watched history move by but have had an active part in shaping the world. Liberals want to take it all and make everyone even but this country was not built upon people having equal property or wealth but equal rights. Socialist communist need to realize they have no part in our country besides the last 12 years, so don't tell me about America.
Yeah... and Conservative, begins with "Con", go figure!

oh I get it now.. communism (how dirty) is the only alternative to letting the rich old men go buck-wild on the whole world.. The only one we can think of anyway and just look at how powerful our brains are! I suggest that today's Far Right is not made up of true Conservatives. Witness Bob Dole -- Conservative icon. While VERY conservative, he also was pragmatic and worked with all ideologies to try to forge something acceptable to all for the common good. He did not try to coerce his way or claim that everyone who was against him was a terrorist.
True Conservatives are, I believe, learning to dislike/fear the NeoCons who are hijacking their ideology. NeoCons think the Geneva Conventions and Constitution are quaint and no longer relevant. True Conservatives do not agree.
As an example, look at the commentary of our very own supposable_thumbs. While occasionally giving into some heated rhetoric, his views strike me as much more representative of true Conservatism. Note that he does not defend the indefensible in the Bush administration, either.
Guest: Liberals don't want to exessively tax people who bust their asses working. The ultra wealthy do NOT, by any means, bust any ass. You've swallowed a line that middle class is the target of taxataion focus, when it is untrue.
So the choice I have, according to one post, is either, work for a fair wage and contribute to society and help it least able or let the rich get richer, by cutting wages, cutting jobs and let business be lax with safety, all while lining their own pockets with other people labour?
Its a tough decsion.
Because you listen to the Michael Moores and the Noam Chomskys and the Michael Parentis of the world. You only have the ability to follow your leaders like a broken record. Creating ballots that are just plain bilious. I hope that you look that word up, it would be good for you to think other than what you are told that you must swallow without question.
Yeah, I know. It really sucks how conservatives are trying to take away our right to bear arms. I also don't like how they want to force us to pay more taxes in order to fund social programs that are abused. It really sucks how those darn republicans make it hard to speak without making sure you are PC and they are trying to stop the democrats from privatizing Social Security, which would give us the freedom to invest our own money. Those damn republicans!
Those poor Republicans, they are forced to pay only the minimal taxes, given huge bonuses on the sweat of those who actual do the work.
We should form a support group for the poor wee mites.
Conservatives are for freedom: religous freedom for fundamentalist Christians and nobody else, economic freedom for the ultra-rich and nobody else.
