I'm going to buy stock in Frito-Lay now.
My vote is that something isnt acceptable just because a bunch of degenerate freaks say so. Its too late. Theyve stuffed millions in jail for it. These arrogant bastards arent going to tell me what I can or cant do. They are gonna be put in there place the warmongering %$#@ers
what was the question again : )
I use it on occasion and would like to be able to use it legally but unfortunately most people are too irresponsible with it. There would be traffic fatalities everywhere and people would be getting fired from their jobs left and right. You may as well become an alcoholic instead.
I dont believe anything would change except that it would be taxed and benefit everyones economy

dude, i live in holland. home is were the hash is. vote yes for a mega chilled nation. peace
Legalize it, but regulate it like alcohol and tobacco. AT MINIMUM it should be legalized nationwide for medicinal purposes. Ashcroft needs his puritan ass put in place.
No I dont take drugs, unless there legal ones of course.

I could care less if it was legal but smoke it in your own homes there already is an effort to rid smoking from buildings so they should do the same with marijuana.
Yes... when you weigh out the pros and cons, there are more pros for Marijuana than for alcohol. Acting responsible and practicing moderation is key for ever thing in live not just drugs!

Considering how much thought I put into this, no one is going to believe that I've never tried it. But, there really does seem to be more value in legalizing it than leaving use & selling of it a crime .... Especially when you take into consideration the violence and loss of life associated with the trade because it is illegal. For a substance that seems to be signifcantly more benign than cigarettes and alcohol, it just doesn't make sense. AND imagine how much the price would decrease if it is decriminalized. Oh well, just a thought.
marijuana is just a word... tut tut
millions of people smoke weed throughout America and Britain. Mostly law abiding citisens other than the joint habit. The fact that it is illegal means I give all my money to a drug dealer. Why not cut out this unnecessary law so that we do not brea the law and we are not funding organised criminal activity. Surely the government would rather I gave my money to them than a drug dealer. Why not legalise it and tax it slightly? Like beer. I'm pretty inocent in life, stick to the laws, so why penalise me for chosing to smoke a particular species of plant!? Yes I'd vote..... Legalise da weed mutta futers!!
If you think about it, it would get the drug dealers off the street {some what} and the government would make a shit load of money!!
The global mafia persecute because they are the drug dealers. The ourageous raids on marijuana growers is due to threatening the cia's global trade in narcotics etc AND the evil fucks will be beheaded
Definitely YES!
I would say yes. I dont think it would be legalized this way though. They already tried it in Nevada and 65-70% voted NO. The majority of Nevadans don't know opportunity if it came up and bit them in the ass apparently.
I live in Canada. Illegal but almost never enforced. Historically we made a ton of $ when the US had Prohibition in the 20's. It is again happening with weed. Prohibition does not work. When will the US ever learn?
No, I wouldn't. When I was little I lived in a town where it seemed nearly everyone there smoked pot. It wasn't nice, it wasn't friendly. Not everyone who wants to smoke pot are peace-lovers, some people take it and...just no.
It has insidious side effects. Anybody who wants it can get it, so it may as well be legal. Legalisation should be coupled with information and education. All drugs should be legalised. The only difference is that supply could be controlled and taxed. The biggest problem with drugs is not the end use, but the associated crime. Put the drug dealers out of business, save money on policing gain money from taxing drugs and use it for education to make them use less.
exactly Heretic!
i see no problem with it although as a christian view it is illegal and thats the only thing wrong with it, it takes pain away in some things
According to Bush, if you quit buying drugs, you join the fight against terror in America. It follows, that by growing your own drugs you would be fighting terrorism.
