Women probebly would be more peaceful and more caring than male politicians but some women can be quite bitches aswell i dont think a leader should be decided on their gender should be decided on their beliefs.

Women leaders are constantly under pressure to prove that they are capable of leadership and hence are inplicitly forced to adopt a tough masculine conventional approach.
Since politics is and was dominated by majority males, women leaders were pressured to conform to masculine policies.

The ballot is not asking if female leaders would make the world peaceful- you are right- THAT suggestion would be silly. What the ballot is asking is would it make the world MORE (this being the operative word) peaceful. Catherine the Great was MORE peaceful than most male leaders of Russia.

I don't base my life around silly churches. If it had of been up to them both men and women would be still subject to their cruelty. What the church says about male-female relationships is irrelevant.

History has shown women rulers to be just as violent and ruthless as men.
Experience has shown me that female bosses are usually a lot nastier, moody, spiteful, and loony than male bosses too. The kind of women who become leaders seem to always be the nasty moody bitchy ones, and are usually a lot more callous than the men.
I worked in a female run and mostly female employed company and I was shocked at how unprofessional the place was. Very few people did any work, everyone passed it off to others, blamed others and constantly had little dramas and wars between others. They schemed and plotted constantly. Most were incompetent and had no place in a corporate environment.
Meanwhile they would take time out of the day to have 'women success meetings' (success at what? fighting?) and hold jewelery sales and tea tastings during work hours. No shit. It was an embarrassment. Very unprofessional. If it wasn't a huge company and this was just a branch, it would have gone out of business.
No. You need to study history, anthropology and sociology more closely. You know Hitler once clearly stated verbally and in writing that the Nazis would never have made their rapid rise without the financial and moral support of bored attention seeking middle class woman. Many of the most hard core Nzis and Communist in Russia and elsewhere were and are woman. Many of the most ardent supporters of war in the first and second world wars were woman. It is usually the male dominated military that councils caution in times of war. I've found in my own life that woman tend to be more prone to group think and hard core ideology than men.
Women rulers tend to be as peaceful as men if they were placed in a position of power by other people or by the strength of their arguments and perhaps more economically competent. However women who intrigued their way to the top in every possible situation have been the most machiavellian scheming people in the history of politics. "Queen" Matilda and several roman empresses are good examples. Male despots tend to have a more military/hedonistic tendancies in positions of power and so are more likely to start wars.

LOL - despite your theories, the historical FACT is that women rulers have started not only more wars, but every major female ruler in history has been a warmonger. Every single one. No exceptions.

seen some of the women. They can as dangerous as men. It is less brute force, more dangerous in a brainy way. Plus power corrupts..
Guy would just get into physical fights, mouthing off, weapons. Some of these girls harass, verbally bully and exactly talk a girl they hated into killing herself. They got away with it since it was all talk and no physical evidence.
