She's pregnant, and the man doesn't want the kid. Since legally a man can't force a woman to get an abortion, shouldn't he have other legal options. Like pushing her down a flight of stairs to cause a miscarraige? It costs a lot less the an abortion and would teach the woman to be more careful with her birth control methods. They woman keeps control of her body, and the man keeps control of his future. Sounds Fair to me.
