They are in league with and regularly lobby to members of Congress, which influences the FDA, plus they top the list for certain contributions, so how can they be?
Plus a great deal of the drugs they peddle probably do more harm than good.

Good question! There's a recent article in the British Medical Journal that says that in the US, at least, many of the researchers and accreditors of drugs have financial ties to drug manufacturers.
No they are as corrupt as the Phillip Morris agency.
Totally scrupulous - just like the oil companies, the arms companies, Monsanto, McDonalds and the government. Thank goodness we live in a world where we can trust the people at the top!
