I really don't know the specifics -- I think that, in terms of freedom of religion, only the GOVERNMENT can make no laws taking away your freedom of religion (1st Amendment said "Congress shall make no law ..."; Supreme Court decided that the 14th Amendment -- I think it's the 14th -- expanded that so no government can take away those rights) -- it says nothing about companies. On the flip side, there is a such thing as equality in the workplace and a comfortable workplace environment, and blatant discrimination in the workplace is not acceptable.
