It depends On You. New York (My State) We Are Tough And Manly We Are Down To Earth And Dont Put On Fronts. In California They Are Not Tough. They Are Used To Being Pampered And Are The Type To Get Stressed Out Over Choosing Their Clothes For The Day And Need To Go To An Oxygen Bar To Unwind
I like the public transport and many pedestrian neighborhoods of NYC. Upstate New York is filled with nature.
California has wonderful weather, though it can get old and be taken for granted if you stay there too long. San Francisco's a wonderful city, San Diego's very nice if you don't mind driving more. Don't care much for LA, though. And Sacramento's too hot and kind of boring to me. The non-urban areas of CA are very diverse (mountains, desert, oceans, etc.) and are quite beautiful, but are kind of dry and brown in a lot of areas. Not as many trees as NY.
i never lived in new york. however, i reside in socal. from what i've seen, (not that it matters to most) there are some very good looking men out here in cali. especially in s.d. oh yeah, the weather's beautiful too. a lot of talent comes from cali. there's nowhere like it.

Never been to California, but it seems to suck from what I hear.

I went to New York a few months ago and it is basically a concrete jungle, except for central park. It's good for tourism, but if you want fast access to the beaches, mountains, and desert, choose california... and California weather can't be beat. Then again the traffic situation in California is bad enough to make one want to live in Ohio.

I wonder how many tough new yorkers would go running for the hills after a 7.0 earthquake. Come down to South Central, Watts, or Compton. We'll see how tough you are.
