Why doesn't America outsource its politicians? It would be much cheaper if a bunch of Chinese guys in a factory getting half a loaf of bread a day said yes to various lobby groups and secret societies.
What a great question! This has amazed me for years! Reward that has absolutely no bearing on performance or results. Why aren't the self-professed pro-Business people screaming?!? Every person who *works* for a living is accountable for their performance and is dependent upon some external party to revie wtheir results and set reward ... if any. Except Congress and CEOs.
Change the laws. It's another Through the Looking-Glass situation. These people are rolling in money, have free lifetime healthcare, and loads of other bennies. How on earth are they in a position to make decisions for the rest of us working stiffs? It's like the Pope dictating people's sex lives!
