If we were to eliminate all religions past, present and future, would the world be a more peaceful place?

Some religions can bring inner peace to it's members, some donate money and food to the poor. On the flip side religion has been a key ingredent in most wars the world over.

What do you honestly think, more peaceful world with or without religion?

If we got rid of all religion, then the global elite who cause and fund all wars would have to make up some other excuse to start the next conflict.

With religion or without religion, war makers always will find ways to make conflicts and create wars, for example, using the difference of ideology, capitalism vs socialism.

Religion does not make war, people make war!
