I'd like to think that we all have at least one redeeming characteristic. Granted, it is a challenge to find that one thing with some individuals. My general guideline is to be as nice to people as they allow me to, if that doesn't work I pull out something else. I find that most people ususally respond positively to that.

I don't really think you can size any one person up in one meeting.

They might be in a shitty mood for whatever reason the first time you meet them and be totaly cool the next.

Hard to tell, but most people have at least one redeeming quality, it just might take you awhile to find it.
