Pretty simple question. What do you spend the most time worrying about?

I worry about meeting the expectations that I have set for myself and that my professors have set for me. This goes beyond the short-term things like getting some small aspect of my project to work. My previous achievements have forced my professors to set the bar quite high and I'm afraid that if I don't do seminal work in my graduate studies, that I'll be a failure to them and myself. I worry about providing publishable results in the next few months. I worry about my career.
