I don't think it will because the people are not at all happy with the likes of Enron, Global Crossings, or Worldcom. The Congress and Senate want to be reelected, unlike Bush.

You mean it was being enforced to start with? In that case, shouldn't they have told the good folks at Enron and Worldcom and Adelphia about it? Might have saved the Justice Department a little work...
