I'd have a hard time committing someone to death. Although, I think he was guilty.

Scott Peterson showed no emotion whatsoever which, in my opinion means that he had absolutely no remorse whatsoever for what he did which labels him a complete psychopath, legally sane but without ordinary human feelings of any kind except lust for sex, money and power just like Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussien, Timothy McVeigh, Osama bin-Laden, Charles Manson and his gang.....I think that you get my comparison point here! The only regrets Peterson has are being caught, charged with, tried and convicted of one count of premeditated first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder of Connor, his unborn son which should have also been first-degree murder! However, it doesn't matter now as Peterson is still eligible for the death penalty but even if he receives the death sentence, it may well be years or even decades before he is excecuted, thanks to our apellate process which could drag on and on delaying closure for Laci's anguished family! Imagine our legal system adding insult to their injury by setting Scott Peterson free on a technicality! Look how O.J. Simpson's legal "dream-team" got HIM off on a technicality on October 3, 1995 even though he is guilty as hell of those double murders as the jury in the subsequent wrongful-death lawsuit ruled Simpson to be liable in both deaths!
kill the bastard. I hope he's tried for murduring 2 people.

I'm against the death penalty usually, but in this case I can't think of a reason to justify keeping the bastard alive.
That's the way you've got to think, ZIG, when you consider the death penalty. Is all life equal? I think not. For example, a crazy drug-using homeless guy killed a father of two today, but they steered from the death penalty. Is that fair in your eyes?
Is all life equal? Yes it is. Once the death penlty is accepted as civilised they will bring something else more barbaric. Do you really want to be at the thin end of the wedge?
Life in prision without parole.Im against death penalties.I know he did an inhumane and horrific thing but it is said that he is sick,a psychopath so maybe he doesnt know whats right and whats wrong so you know...
for him life in prison is going to be worse than death. big ugly mean guys in prison love little babies and he killed his own son. those guys will tear him to shreds...ala jeffrey dahmer.
