COMMENTS:
I put at least 95% of the blame squarely on Ron Artest, seeing the replay of it all. He gave the flagrant foul that started it all, and then he went into the stands and started punching fans. It would've just been another fight if he didn't go into the stands, and there wouldn't have even been a fight if he didn't foul Ben Wallace like he did.

I somewhat agree Counciltucky. I think it was a combonation of things, Artest was not the only one involved. The fans were a MAJOR part of this horrible situation along with Steven Jackson of the Pacers and quite frankly, I dont think Ben Wallace should have shoved Ron Artest for that flagrant foul. They may end up blaming all of this on Ben Wallace but we'll just have to see how this all works out.

The fowl wasn't that harsh but I can't condemn a good brawl. That would make me a hyprocrate.

*foul* Sorry for the error I'm pretty loaded right now.

All of the above. Wallace overreacted and tried repeatedly to start something. The fans were way out of line and Artest and Jackson have no excuse for entering the stands.

Counciltucky, have you seen the replay, that was barely a foul, much less a flagrant. And Wallace was the first one to throw something, a towel at Artest. Way to set an example for his fans.
