No, the good far outweighs the bad. I've had some bad times, but I wouldn't trade the good times to erase them. Not to mention I wouldn't want them playing around with my mind anyway (such as it is).

depends on how bad the memories are, like traumatizing. Luckily, I've never been through trauma, but other ppl who've suffered so much, like in war, might opt for it

For some memories, yes.
In some sci-fi movie (can't recall the name), a supposition is made that we are the sum of our memories, both good and bad. And I wouldn't trade the bad stuff in particular for anything. They were the tools with which I learned much about myself and the world, how to function and move in society.
