Bolton is more dangerous because of the position he is in.
Bolton, hands down. And no matter how you feel about the U.N., it is a classless and mindless nomination.
The giggling stupidity behind this nomination is scary. No mud-slinging intended. It just boggles the mind.
The school-boy arrogance of this administration is unbelievable.
The Bush folks say that the U.N. is "ineffective." Why's that, you ask? Well, it's because of the veto power of each member of the Security Council. So, as the country who has exercised their veto most often, we have some responsibility for this "ineffectiveness."
This organization often provides the only avenue of communication between adversarial nations. And the condemnation of the U.N. may seem like tilting at windmills, but overall, U.N. sanctions have been effective in many cases where there was no option for change aside from military action.
And even if the U.N. was just a club for national representatives to hang out and chat, relationships are formed there that are valuable to our world.
Appointing someone like Bolton for Ambassador is just plain ignorant.
If you listen closely, you can hear Bush and his cronies sniggering at the outrage like a pack of adolescent frat rats.
Thanks for the ballot, Council.
Rocker is just dumb. Most of the harm he's done is to himself and his endorsement revenue.
John Bolton has the capacity, and the meanspritedness to do tremendous damage...ultimately to the US.

John Rocker is the bigger nut. I know this won't win me any fans on this ballot, but I like what John Bolton says. He has got balls and that is something that the UN definitely lacks. I don't know of one singe instance in which the UN has been nearly as efficient as they could/should be. I think that he might spur them into some sort of action, and when you consider Iran, North Korea, the Darfur region, and Zimbabwe then that would be a good thing.
It's alright to be a nut as long as you're a Republican and stand for family values.
