I have neither given nor received a zero karma rating, but I think their point is to let a user know where they f*cked up without penalizing them.
At least once I've sent a zero rating, when I forgot to change it before submitting it.
I've received so many, I stopped counting
Yeah most of the ratings I get are zeroes.
I did the same, cranky. I tried to change it. Love to know if it worked.
I did it twice. I forgot to move the "button".
I used to use them, at times, befor ethere was a Rate Without Penalty option ... a warning shot across the bow, if you will.
