[+] ballot by CletuSlackedJawYokel created Mon Jun 20, 05 Well, although its not a political program, perse, they often delve into politics as part of their daily program. Now, I have thought up something, and feel free to disagree. The white girl, from the suburbs in CT, is a full-blown liberal. 1 black host is an independent conservative and the other a conservative Republican. They are both from the inner city, as I understand it. The Republican man is labeled as an "Uncle Tom" often by the listeners. These arent white-loving black men, either. hey both get very animated about what has been done and what they believe continues to happen today to their people. However, 1 black host feels that black people are their own worst enemy because they are lead to believe that they cannot succeed by all the rhetoric in the black community. Now, this brings up an interesting point: Are liberal whites detached from the reality of the issues that they claim to want solved? It seems to me that many successful blacks are conservative and haven't bought into or been convinced of the concept that they are being held down and cant succeed. The fact that these 2 blacks from the inner city, who are 37 and 40 years old, respectively, are conservative and the young white girl from the burbs is a liberal who claims to have the best interests of the very men she works with in mind, suggests to me that much of the reason why blacks dont succeed in many cases is because they believe they cant, as the 1 host suggests, and I think that the left feeds them this belief in many cases. It's all a matter of where you came up in the system, what you saw while you were in it, and what you took from it in the end.
