Scotland is cool. Literally.
i don't know if any one country is the coolest or hippest. not to be lame, but i think every country is interesting and has cool customs and sites to see. the top for me though are the usa, britain, france, italy, russia, china, japan, etc.
I think the United States, France and Japan are the top three.
Definitely Australia. Ask anyone where they'd most like to go on holiday or live if they could choose anywhere, and a lot of people would say Australia. It's got the weather, the beaches, the cosmopolitan cities, the landscape, the wildlife. I can't think of anywhere cooler anyway.
Australia is a place if you wanna retire from a European nation and then live the rest of your days out in OZ IMO,For social life nightlife and culture id say any European country probabley Great Britain or France Italy or Spain,For cheap goods and easy women maybe some Asian countries like Thailand or Phillipines or Vietnam,I suppose every country is cool in its own way but no country is cooler than my Ulster :)

I voted Finland, 'cause there's great people, little to no crime, and lots of fun stuffs always happening. But I also gotta give a shout out to Canada, it's definitely the second best. In the end though every country has its merits.

I've only been to two countries and one of them for only a few hours. I'm sure almost every country has their share of interesting places to see, etc.
Why is Scotland and Britain listed as separate contries? Scotland is PART of Britain!!!! Besides that I would say Australia is probably the coolest place in the world.
