Does this imply that religion as an organisation is the devils work? If there was such a being i`d have to agree with you.
^Just a fascinating thought. Good and evil are defined as forbidden to man for a number of possible reasons, not the least of which might be the necessity for a dichotomous reality to support it (i.e., life and death, right and wrong, et al). Hence, to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil means that you will "surely die," because a world of opposites is necessary for good and evil to exist. Damn, I twist my own mind here. And, again, what business is it that religion and the churches are in? Sin, good and evil. Forbidden by God. Why? Might be that it brings suffering and death into mankind's existence. This will not be good news for the churchies if they realize that they might well be being gulled by the Bad Boy.
The whole business is rubbish, but it's entertaining to twist some of it around.
