IS THIS HORRIBLE NEWS FOR THE DEMOCRATES?

Oh no! The tax cuts are stimulating the economy to a level not seen in two decades!!! 250,000 jobs created in the last 60 days! Productivity up EIGHT PERCENT! Corporate profits up higher than during the 1990's! The stock market is taking off (making me money)!

It's a crazy idea (to Democrats), but lower taxes leads to more spending which leads to more jobs which leads to more tax revenue. FACT.

And Lieberman was going to run on a platform of RAISING TAXES to stimulate the economy. Darn, yet another stupid plan dashed in the face of REALITY.

I swear, when will Democrats learn the first thing about fiscal policy? We only have hundreds of years of REALITY as a guide, and they STILL support tax and spend.

Next they'll say, "But the DEFICITS are horrible!"

Newsflash: if you grow the $11 trillion US economy by 5%, those deficits are chump change. Stimulative measures continue to be the hallmark of proper government fiscal policy. It's what separates us from so many other countries. We (usually) choose intelligent fiscal moves.

While I'm sure you'll ignore this study, it's true: Every time the US government takes an active stance to run a budget surplus, the economy tanks. It's happened 7 times in the last 150 years, and a recession/depression always follows.

And guess what? Bubba worked hard to run a surplus during his second term. He took pride in announcing the largest budget surplus in US history.

Now, to people with little minds, they think somehow that money goes into a piggy bank somewhere. The REALITY is that all Bubba did was take massive amounts of money out of the private sector (through higher taxes) and it effectively crushed the growth in the economy.

Oh, it's not just a Democrat thing. Republicans have also tried that move to the same results. When you take money away from Americans, the economy withers. When you allow them to keep more of what they earn, they push push push the economy.

So cry cry cry while the economy takes off.

Bush is an idiot 11
and this makes up for the massive BUSH deficit? 8
More ad-hominem Neo-conservative propaganda 3
The economy is better? And I'm still unemployed! 2
NEWSFLASH: you act like a 12-year-old!! :D 0

COMMENTS:
Yeah right, bring half a million people Bush sent out of the country, and see how the unemployment picture look then. Oh, not to mention what would happen to the economy when it comes time to repay all the money spent to buy his popularity. Heck, put me in office, and I will print a million dollars each for every person in US, and see if that doesn't make the economy look good- for a month or two. when it comes time to pay that money back, - and remember, the it will cost more money to pay that debt, since dollar is now at all time low, it will cost 50% more to pay that debt. Oh, but it doens't matter, just start another war, and let that take attention away from morons who thinks that he's a GOD.

Get in there LCD!
The economy is deliberately being run into the ground. Lyndon LaRouche has been warning of this for ages, saying it will be an "economic 9/11".

Corporate profits are up. Yay, good for them. They could use some new yachts and private jets.

You just keep falling for the Rush Limbaugh PR, meanwhile, more and more college-educated persons than ever are flipping burgers.

You liberals complained that Reagan increased the deficit, but somehow the economy was just fine during the Dark Ages, also know as the Clinton Era.

those statements are so true and founded that you should take pride in the idiotic pathetic replies of liberals.
