Well it's actually a Mastercard, I've been racking up some serious student loan debt on it, then I transfer on to my other lower interest card and pay it off.

By which I mean some of the debt the U.S. owes to China on all those loans we took out over the years. Just think. You'd have some say in U.S. policy. Doesn't that sounds WONDERFUL?
