That is tougher than it initially appears. I'd be inclined to say Yes, but remember that I have people dependant on me. I don't mind risk, but seek to shield loved ones from it.
Hopefully, but that might be overestimating my character.

Well ok, I'd be quivering like a jellyfish, but I'd still testify.
Part of my civic duty is to uphold and defend the Consitution, and all of its attendant laws. So what if some nutjob wants me dead for testifying against him? Let him try.
I'd feel safer testifying against a killer than letting this person back into civilized society.
i would because someone hast to help the community and speak for dead ones thats why i wanna be a forensic scientist
