* Political party in power: Success.
* Political party out of power: Failure.
* Those (domestic) sympathetic to the party in power: Success or Neutral.
* Those (globally) sympathetic to the party in power: Success.
* Those opposed to the party (domestic): Failure or Neutral
* Those opposed to the party (globally): Failure.
It will be a failure...it already is i think. It's inscrutable how the Pentagon cant catch a sclerotic old beared man who travels by donkey and hides himself in some barren Asian mountains...
The Republicans would try to paint it as a great victory for Bushy. But, of course, any time Bush doesn't spill his Spaghettios down his front, they attempt to proclaim that as a great victory.
