Astros 2B/OF Craig Biggio has impressive statistics and a certain resiliency to him that has helped the Astros become one of the more successful teams of the past decade, a perennial playoff contender. He's primed to get his 3,000th hit in the next couple years, he holds the all-time hit-by-pitch record, and he's still a threat on the basepaths and a lethal fielder, even after some 17 years in the majors. Does he belong in the Hall of Fame?
