advice : EUREKA!!! I'VE STRUCK URANIUM!

Last night I put up this blacklight bulb for Halloween, and made a fantastic discovery. My entire yard glows in the dark under blacklight. I know this is a sure sign of uranium deposits, and I plan to start mining as soon as possible. Judging by the intense glow I'm going to be a very rich man soon. One problem though: My neighbor has about 20 cats, and they're always hanging around in my yard. I like the cats, so there's no problem there, but I'm afraid that they might have health problems from being in contact with all that uranium. Besides being concerned about the health of the cats, I'm also worried about a potential law suit from my neighbor (you know how these things begin to happen once money becomes involved?). Do you think my neighbor might have a case? Should I call in a team of lawyers just in case?
