To be fair, Cheney had Libby, not Liddy. That said, Cheney's worse than Nixon. By far.

Both complete penis-heads, but one in particular has a clear lead.
Cheney. As one of the few B&Wers old enough to remember Nixon, I can testify that he was just plain too dumb to be really destructive. I mean, putting all the evidence incriminating himself on audio tapes - and then preserving those tapes? Hell, even Clinton knew enough to put HIS dirt on paper, and then shred it!
And whereas Cheney started a war, Nixon merely inherited one. And ended it - on the same terms he'd been offered 4 years and 40,000 lives earlier, to be sure, but at least he DID eventually end it. He also ended the draft, which no Democrat president ever thought of doing.
Cheney. He's a horror show.
There simply isn't one good thing to be said about Dick Cheney.
