I haven't worn tighty-whities in over five years, having opted for boxers instead. That said, I wore tighty-whities growing up, and one evening I decided to try maneuvering my penis through the hole to pee, just for the hell of it. I did not succeed, having pissed myself instead, because I didn't maneuver lil' Josh correctly. My dad just laughed.

The problem is, the "hole" is made up of two pieces of cloth, one in front of the other, with an opening on one side of one piece and an opening on the opposite side of the other piece. It makes for awkward positioning, and penises aren't supposed to bend that way. It makes me wonder why there's even a built-in hole in front to begin with.
