Once he is captured, Osama bin Laden is highly likely to be executed for the war crimes and crimes against humanity that he and he cronies have committed. No, he's dead already. He died back in December 2001. It was in the Middle Eastern and Asian news media. His death was announced on the 26th december, but he died ten days before from the complications from a lung infection and kidney failure.
