In his weekly radio address, on 02/18/2006, Bush said: “Nuclear power generates large amounts of low-cost electricity without emitting air pollution or greenhouse gases.”
Since Bush has frequently expressed that he doesn't believe in global warming, and since his administration has gone to great lengths to suppress evidence and to muzzle government employees who present a contradictory impression, why would he suddenly express a concern about the emission of greenhouse gases?
